At Crowned Stitches, each piece is handcrafted and made to order. Because all items are custom, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order details.

  • Email photos and order information to contact@crownedstitches.com
  • Include your full name, order number, and a description of the issue
  • We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit

Please note that claims submitted after 72 hours or without photo documentation may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellations

Since all items are custom-made, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.
